Nerf Scravenger zombie strike survival system review

The Nerf Scravenger comes with quite a few bells and whistles including a green flashlight, scope,barrel extension, small 2 dart pistol, 2x 12 dart magazines, and 26 green zombie strike darts. The small 2 dart pistol is great and works without fail or jam, it is a great little side arm! On the plus side when it comes to the Scravenger, the flashlight lasts forever but on the downside, the extra accessories are mostly useless and there to make the box look nice. When it comes to functionality, this is where the gun fails us a bit. Due to the lever action cocking system, it is very difficult to cock, especially when you're trying to do it quickly and even more so if you are a smaller kid under 8. All around, it is a nice addition to the collection, but we wouldn't buy it again and when it comes to Nerf war time... it's usually left sitting in the box while other pieces are picked over it.
